Nicholson says he heard some banging at his photo shop and saw the suspect trying to break in with a brick.  Nicholson says he called police and chased the suspect, identified by police as 19 year old Jacob Patterson.

When police caught him, they say the attempted break-in wasn’t his only crime.

They said he also broke into a nearby church L’Eglise Baptiste de Canaan.
