CBSMiami.com Weather @ Your Desk 4-23-17 10AMOvernight, portions of Broward County received more than 2 inches of rain. Most of the heavy rain has pushed out of the area to the north, but a few showers and the potential for isolated storms are possible later today as well. High temperatures will be in the low 80s. There is still a high risk of rip currents at the coast. Tonight, a few showers are possible on the early side, and then we should begin to dry out for a bit. Our winds will shift to the west on Monday, allowing temperatures to soar to near 90 in many spots. A cold front will move through late tomorrow afternoon, bringing the chance of just an isolated shower. Behind the front, dry air will move in again, so fire danger will once again become an issue.
