DEFEND YOUR RIDE: Madeline At Beach View Park

Q: Welcome to Defend Your Ride Miami. What can you tell us about this beauty?

A: I used to drive a really big car and I spent a lot on gas. I'd say about $90 a week and I said, no more! Now I spend about $37 a week and I drive around a lot. I am in real estate, so I have to drive around all the time.

Q: Why else did you choose this car?

A: The main reason I chose the car is the gas. It's economical. It's fast. It's a good size. I can park here, there, anywhere.

Q: Anything else?

A: The driving is good. It's really fast. I get into everywhere. I really love it. I thought I wouldn't like it because it's little, but it's really comfortable.

Q: What's the farthest you've ever driven the car?

A: To Orlando. We went to Disney. Not too long ago, about two months ago. I went with my cousin and my two daughters, one is 11 and one is three.

Q: Tell me about your experience buying the car. Was it positive?

A: I bought it myself from the dealership. It was easy and fast. It was good. It was less complicated because it's not that expensive.

Q: Do you do a lot of driving for your job?

A: I do. Miami Beach, Miami Lakes, Broward County, everywhere. I mostly meet my clients places. Sometimes if they don't have a car or they can't drive that day, I do put them in the car, but most likely I meet them at the place. I'm always on time, though, because this car flies!
