CBS4 Investigates: Samsung Compensation Coming To Some TV Owners

Two weeks ago, CBS4’s Chief Consumer Investigator Al Sunshine reported that as many as seven-and-a-half million Samsung TV owners could be impacted by a potentially defective part that caused TVs to stop working, shortly after the manufacturers warranty had expired. Now he has breaking news on how Samsung plans to compensate affected consumers.
