The 18th annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure took place in downtown Miami Saturday morning.
On October 19th, we celebrate the 18th anniversary of the Race in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and help raise money to find a cure for breast cancer.
A South Florida high school is honoring those who have fought and survived breast cancer, and those who are still in the fight of their lives.
For the month of October it seems everything is turning pink to raise awareness for breast cancer, from the White House to Miami’s Freedom Tower to food and hair accessories.
Elizabeth Edwards was a source of hope and inspiration for legions of women waging their own battles with breast cancer.
