A Miami Gardens man is facing a host of charges after he allegedly tried to drown a police dog. Around 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, the Broward Sheriff’s Office received a call about a burglary in progress at “The Oaks” condominiums on Stirling Road in Dania Beach.
