The NHL is set to cancel its annual signature game, the Winter Classic, as early as Friday, due to the ongoing owners’ lockout of the players.

It’s looking more and more like the Florida Panthers may not get to raise any banners this year. The NHL announced Friday that all regular season games through the month of November have been canceled due tot the ongoing owner’s lockout.

Report: NHL Likely To Withdraw Latest Offer Thursday

Florida Panthers fans may need to become Miami Dolphins or Miami Heat fans soon. The NHL is set to withdraw its latest collective bargaining agreement to the players if the NHL Players Association doesn’t accept it by the end of the day Thursday.

NHL Still On Ice Thanks to Lockout

Florida Panthers fans holding out hope for a full regular season of games may have run out of hope. The NHL rejected an effort by the NHL Players Association to restart labor talks Tuesday and no more talks have been scheduled to end the owners’ lockout of the players.

NHL Cancels All Games Through Nov. 1

The NHL continues to cut off its nose to spite its face with fans after it announced Friday that all regular season games through November 1 have been cancelled. The cancellations come as a result of the ongoing owner lockout in the league.
