Students Return To MDC-West In Wake Of Deadly Garage Collapse

It’s back to class Tuesday at Miami-Dade College’s West campus for the first day of the Spring Term. This is the first time classes were held at the campus in Doral since the partial collapse of a parking garage on October 10th which killed four workers.

For the first time since a parking garage collapse forced the closure of the campus of Miami-Dade College West, when students head back to school for the Spring term they’ll get to head back to their old classrooms.

Widow Of Man Killed In Doral Parking Garage Collapse Files Suit

The widow of one of four men killed when a parking garage at Miami-Dade College West in Doral collapsed last October has filed a suit against the companies responsible for its construction.
