Warm-Up Begins For Life Time Miami Marathon

Tents and trucks took over Bayfront Park Friday in preparation for this weekend’s Lifetime Miami Marathon. Sunday, 25,000 runners are expected along with family and friends to participate or cheer on runners in the race.

New Ramp To Make Old Seven Mile Bridge More Accessible

The historic Seven Mile bridge will soon be wheelchair accessible. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has authorized a $1.16 million plan to improve access to the Old Seven Mile Bridge in Marathon Key with a ramp that will run along an existing stairwell beneath the new bridge.

A man with a fake license has been arrested in the Florida Keys but it wasn’t a fake drivers license that got this guy in trouble with the law but a fake pilot’s license.

Contestants Get Cracking At Keys Crab Eating Contest

There’s plenty of buzz for seafood lovers at the start of stone crab season. More than 50 hungry competitors, on Saturday got cracking, participating in the Stone Crab Claw Eating Contest in the Keys.
