Takata: Evidence Doesn’t Support National Recall

Even though their airbags have erupted – flinging shrapnel at drivers – Takata Corp. claims a nationwide air bag recall is unfounded.

Automakers Expand Passenger Air Bag Recalls

Automakers are expanding recalls or adding them to fix potentially faulty passenger air bags in states with high-humidity.

Scott Signs Florida Bills On School Food, Lawsuits

There may be some changes to school nutrition after Gov. Rick Scott has signed a bill giving the state’s agriculture commissioner authority over school food programs. Scott also signed a bill limiting lawsuits against automakers.
