It’s a new day and new terminal for US Airways at Miami International Airport. As part of its merger with American Airlines, workers with US Air have moved their operations from the airport’s South Terminal, Concourse J to join American Air’s operations in the North Terminal.
A scare in the air for the flight crew of an American Eagle jet out of Miami.
An American Eagle regional jet bound to Miami from Indianapolis was quarantined and the passengers removed by bus, while police dogs sniffed luggage that had been removed from the plane and spread out on the tarmac. There was no immediate explanation why, but police sounded the all-clear at 11:30.
