SCOUTING: As you watch this talented football program play, there are prospects that continue to jump out at you. But Northwestern has always been that way. The one position the Bulls seem to have the market cornered on each season in the offensive line. Go back and check teams five, 10 and 15 years ago and you will find big, agile football players who take up space and provide running lanes for ball carriers and protect well on passing downs. Hall is another one of those space eaters who is certainly a work in progress. He's a very gifted talent who continues improve and mature - and over the past few months - has turned up the energy level. Talk to any coach on this much-improved team and all will agree that the play up front - from prospects like Hall - has been the difference. After watching him a year ago and following his progress in the offseason, there is no getting around the fact that this junior is special, and it will reflect over the next year as college coaches continue to pay attention to a team that has put itself back into the playoff mix.
