Miami Beach Has Florida's Most Walkable Neighborhood

ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) — The most walkable neighborhood in Florida is located in Miami Beach, according to a report from a real estate firm.
The report from firm Redfin ranked the Flamingo Park neighborhood in Miami Beach as the state's most walkable neighborhood.
Released last week, it views a neighborhood walkable if its homes are within walking distance of amenities like restaurants, shops and other businesses.
Homes in downtown Orlando and Lake Eola Park made up the state's second most walkable neighborhood.
Other Florida neighborhoods ranking high were downtown St. Petersburg, Main Street in Sarasota, downtown Fort Lauderdale and South of Fifth in Miami Beach.
City Center in Miami Beach, Colee Hammock in Fort Lauderdale, Flagler Heights in Fort Lauderdale and the Rosemary District in Sarasota also ranked in the top 10.
