Rubio, Murphy Agree To October Debate

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Hoping to make their case and sway potential voters, Republican U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and Democratic challenger Patrick Murphy have agreed to debate in late October.
Rubio and Murphy, a U.S. House member, easily defeated primary challengers Tuesday in the race for Rubio's seat.
The one-hour debate is scheduled October 26th at Broward College. Florida Public Radio will simulcast the debate, which also is expected to be broadcast on TV stations throughout the state.
