SCOUTING: From his days as an outstanding youth football league prospect to the high school level, here is a football talent that has been turning heads for a long time. A starter back in the 9th and 10th grades at Cypress Bay, Epstein's 2015 season came to an end before it began after sustaining a knee injury. But watching him throughout the spring and into the start of this season, here is the back who was elite far before many in this class even were close to being on the radar. His speed and power have opened several doors - and with his early commitment to attend the University of Illinois - everyone is excited to get him into the Big-10. His ability to play the total running position has put him in a position where he runs, catches and blocks as well as anyone. As the season progresses and he remains healthy, Epstein is a big-time back who can run the ball against anyone. He has worked way too hard to let this final season pass him by.
