In a sea of talent the Raiders have, Harley is someone who may have had the most productive offseason with more and more colleges getting a chance to see him up close and personal. No matter where he went the past few months, this was a football prospect that turned heads with his speed and ability to create mismatches. At camps, combines and other exposure events, he was the center of attention. During spring football, he did much of the same. The ability to move the chains on just about every catch. Harley Is expected to be one of the catalysts on a program just loaded with quality talent. Keep your eye on this young man all season. With so many colleges still checking him out, it was the style of West Virginia's offense that won out as he committed to the Mountaineers, who see another Tavon Austin in the future.
