Feds Remove Evidence From Lake Park Home Of Accused ISIL Conspirator

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Neighbors say federal agents removed evidence from the Dayne Christian's Lake Park home and a car out front on Thursday.
Christian, Gregory Hubbard and Darren Jackson have been charged with trying to provide information to ISIL.
A federal criminal complaint says that Christian felt he was at war with the U.S. military, especially the military personnel he saw at his gym.
"…(H)e wanted to follow them home from the gym and then walk up behind them and 'pop,' at which point Christian made a gunshot sound," the complaint says.
News of the arrest surprised those in the neighborhood who knew Christian as a family man who spent time with his wife and two kids.
"He just seemed like he wanted a nice quiet life," said one neighbor.
The feds say the men wanted to provide weapons to ISIL and even fight America on ISIL's side.
Federal officials said Hubbard expressed support for ISIL and told an FBI source that he wanted to travel to Syria and join ISIL for the purpose of engaging in violent jihad.
Investigators say the men seemed pleased after the ISIL inspired attacks in San Bernardino and Orlando and also listened to recordings from a controversial imam – Anwar Al-Awlaki – who the U.S. government says was a terrorist who inspired jihadists.
The criminal complaint says Hubbard was angry over the murders of innocent Muslims, and at one point said the only way to deal with the enemy is to "…cut off his head, cut his head off, sometimes you just have to cut heads off," according to the criminal complaint.
The criminal complaint also says the men discussed attacks on the Pentagon and the White House.
Authorities arrested Hubbard on Thursday at Miami International Airport prior to the first leg of his overseas trip. Jackson, who had driven Hubbard to the airport, was arrested after he left the airport. Christian was arrested at his job.
If convicted, the men face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for the material support charge.
