SUNRISE (CBSMiami) --  Florida Governor Rick Scott says he has not interest in being a possible pick for the vice president position.

This comes amid speculation presidential hopeful Donald Trump would tap him for the position if he won the nomination.

While making a stop into South Florida Monday, Gov. Scott said he has not interest in a possible VP position.

Gov. Scott reiterated, he spoke to Trump two weeks ago but has no intention of leaving the Governor's mansion.

CBS4's Joan Murray asked him if he would endorse anyone before the Florida primary on March 15th. To that, he said he had not made up his mind.

But that wasn't the only thing he spoke about. The governor visited Sunrise Monday for a visit focusing on job creation.

The governor spoke at the ProcessMap business  where he announced the creation of 120 jobs in the web-based software business.

Process Map is a company that helps businesses overcome the complexities of managing their environmental, health and safety information.
