Road Closures Coming For Drivers on Dolphin, Palmetto Exwy

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Due to continuing work for the Interstate Reconstruction Project, contractors have announced several road closures along the SR 826 and SR 836 highways beginning Friday night.
CLOSURES ON SR 826
Through Thursday, February 18 - There will be on and off single and double lane closures on southbound and northbound SR 826 from south of NW 25 Street to SW 8 Street between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Friday, February 12 - All northbound lanes on SR 826 will be closed at the West Flagler Street/NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road exit on Friday, February 12 between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Northbound drivers on SR 826 can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road ramp
• Turn north on NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• Turn west on the NW 11 Street ramp to SR 836
• Access the northbound SR 826 ramp
Northbound drivers on SR 826 going east on SR 836 can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road ramp
• Turn south on NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road, east on NW 7 Street
• North on NW 57 Avenue to connect with the eastbound SR 836 ramp
Northbound drivers on SR 826 going west on SR 836 can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road ramp
• Turn north on NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• Turn west on the NW 11 Street ramp to the westbound SR 836 ramp
West Flagler Street drivers going north on SR 826 can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road ramp
• Turn north on NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• Turn west on the NW 11 Street ramp to SR 836
• Access the northbound SR 826 ramp
Sunday, February 14 through Thursday, February 18 -- All northbound SR 826 travel lanes will be closed nightly at SW 8 Street on Sunday, February 14 through Thursday, February 18 between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Drivers can:
• Exit at SW 8 Street, go west to NW 87 Avenue, north on NW 87 Avenue
• Enter the eastbound SR 836 ramp to access the northbound SR 826 flyover bridge
Drivers on northbound SR 826 going to eastbound SR 836 can:
• Exit at SW 8 Street, go east to NW 57 Avenue, north on NW 57 Avenue
• Enter the eastbound SR 836 ramp
Drivers on northbound SR 826 going to westbound SR 836 can:
• Exit at SW 8 Street, go west to NW 87 Avenue, north on NW 87 Avenue
• Turn west at NW 12 Street to access the westbound SR 836 ramp
Eastbound drivers on SW 8 Street going north on SR 826 can:
• Go east to NW 57 Avenue, north on NW 57 Avenue
• Enter the westbound SR 836 ramp to access the SR 826 north ramp
Westbound drivers on SW 8 Street going north on SR 826 can:
• Go west to NW 87 Avenue, north on NW 87 Avenue
• Enter the eastbound SR 836 ramp to access the northbound SR 826 flyover bridge
CLOSURES ON SR 836
Through Thursday, February 18- There will be single and double lane closures on eastbound and westbound SR 836 from NW 87 Avenue to NW 57 Avenue between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Friday, February 12 -- All mainline westbound lanes on SR 836 will be closed at the NW 72 Avenue exit on Friday, February 12 between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Drivers on westbound SR 836 continuing west or exiting at West Flagler Street/SR 826 south or NW 87 Avenue can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road ramp/West Flagler Street/NW 87 Avenue ramp
• Keep left to access the West Flagler Street/SR 826 south and NW 87 Avenue ramp or continue west to connect with westbound SR 836
Drivers on westbound SR 836 going to SR 826 north can:
• Exit at the NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road/West Flagler Street/NW 87 Avenue ramp
• Keep right to exit at NW 72 Avenue/Milam Dairy Road
• West on NW 11 Street, cross Milam Dairy Road to access the, SR 826 north ramp
