Canes Basketball Coasts to 91-40 Exhibition Win Over Dowling

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- The Miami Hurricanes coasted to a 91-40 dominating exhibition victory over Dowling College Wednesday night in Coral Gables.

Sheldon McClellan paced the Canes with 18 points on 8-for-13 shooting while Kamari Murphy added 14 points and 11 rebounds in his first game with Miami after transferring from Oklahoma State.

Miami led 49-15 at the half after McClellan blitzed Dowling with 12 early points as his team ate in the paint, where they finished with a 52-18 advantage.

The Canes next face UT Rio Grande Valley at home a week from Friday.
