DAVIE (CBSMiami/AP) — Miami Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is in the clear for a play Sunday in which he dislodged a Washington player's helmet.

After reviewing the play, the NFL has announced that no action will be taken because they determined that the movement that caused the helmet to come off was not a kick.

Suh tackled Redskins running back Alfred Morris, and when Suh rose, his right leg made contact with Morris' helmet, which came off.

The incident drew national attention because Suh, who was making his Dolphins debut, is regarded as one of the NFL's dirtiest players.

He lost $420,669 in fines and suspensions for on-field misbehavior while with the Detroit Lions, and was nearly suspended for their playoff game at Dallas last season.
