FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A Plantation man used a painted toy gun to allegedly rape a woman he contacted through a website which offers a variety of services including escorts.

The woman said she received a call from a man, later identified as 18-year old Chenson Pierre of Plantation, who said he got her number from "backpage," according to his arrest report.

The woman agreed to meet him in the 113th block of NW 39th Manor.

The woman said she took her boyfriend, Randy Hall, along with her while she checked him out. The woman dropped Hall off a block away and pulled up to Pierre.

She said when he opened the passenger side door, he pulled a gun and pointed it at her. She said he forced her to drive across the street to an empty lot where he allegedly forced her to undress and then perform oral sex on him. He then raped her twice at gunpoint, according to the arrest report.

She said when he was finished he forced her out of the car. It was then that Hall called her on her cell phone. Pierre allegedly pointed the gun at her and told her to tell him everything was fine. The woman told police she did but her tears were a dead give away that something was wrong.  After he hung up with her, Hall called 9-1-1.

Pierre told the woman to stay in the lot as he walked away, according to the report. The woman said she got back in her car and picked up her boyfriend.

Police located Pierre in Oakland Park.

During questioning, Pierre reportedly admitted he used the gun to force the woman to comply with his "sexual demands." Pierre told investigators the gun was a toy that he had painted black to look like the real thing. He said he dumped it in a canal as he walked away from her.

Pierre was arrest and charged with sexual assault with a weapon.
