Dolphins Safety Louis Delmas Carted Off Field During Joint Practice

Wednesday's joint practice between the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers at Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C. has already suffered casualties on both sides.

Less than an hour after Panthers receiver Kelvin Benjamin was carted off the field after suffering an apparent knee injury, Dolphins safety Louis Delmas was carted off the field holding his right knee, the same knee in which he tore his ACL last season, according to multiple reporters.

Delmas' injury came via the non-contact variety, covering former Dolphins receiver Ted Ginn.

Delmas was projected to start at safety with Reshad Jones. We'll update more as it comes.
