MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Pierre Sasiain and his with Denise have been married for 17 years and have four beautiful children.  Jacob is 1, Daniella, 3, Xavier is 4-years old and Isabella is 5.

"The kids give me more than I give them. So much joy to our home. So much more meaning to my life. It's a special privilege to have children in our home," said Pierre Sasiain.

Due to Denise's health concerns, they never attempted to have children but wanted to be parents and to make a difference in a child's life--so they chose to adopt.

"I don't know how many, we would be willing to take in as many children as we have with the challenges that they have," said Denise Sasiain.

Isabella was 10-days-old when she went to live with the Sasiains, her biological mother was schizophrenic and attempted to commit suicide twice while she was pregnant.  Xavier was 3-months-old, he had a brain injury and was given no assurance he would make it. Daniella is Isabella's half-sister. Her mother had HIV and she tested positive for the antibody at birth, but after six months of medication she tested negative.  The baby of the bunch, Jacob, was born somewhere on the streets of Miami to a schizophrenic mother.

Pierre and Denise managed to help them overcome their challenges and give them a chance at life with love and a nurturing home.  This is the most gratifying gift this father could receive on his special day.
