HOLLYWOOD (CBSMiami) - A third and fourth teen accused of taking part in the 2013 beating and rape of a Hollywood girl have made deals with the state.

On Wednesday Lanel Singleton, 19, and Dwight Henry, 18, pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual battery and one count of kidnapping.

The attorneys for the teens said their clients just wanted to put this to an end.

"Mr. Singleton just wants to get on with his life and he can do that now with a clear conscience," said Colette Drimmer.

"He was sad, remorseful, sad and looking toward the future, " said Henry's attorney Gabe Ermine.

Singleton was sentenced to four years in prison.  Henry got two years because of his cooperation with prosecutors.

Last month Ericka Avery, now 17, pleaded guilty to armed sexual battery and kidnapping. She was sentenced to four years in prison as a youthful offender. Days earlier co-defendant Patricia Montes, also 17, pleaded no contest to the same charges and was also sentenced to four years in a youth offender facility.

As part Montes' deal, she will testify against the remaining defendant - 20-year old Jayvon Woolfork.

The prosecutor in the case, Maria Schneider, said this case has been especially tough.

"In my profession, as long as I've done it, you tend to think nothing will surprise you and then something like this happens," said Schneider.

The victim said the beating and rape happened at Woolfork's home on McKinley Street. She said she was hanging out with the teens when they began to assault her.

Part of the attack was captured on cell phone video.

The victim told police that Montes, Avery, Henry and Singleton dragged her into a room and held her down while Woolfork raped her.

Woolfork is being held on no bond since he was older than 18 at the time of the incident.

During the Wednesday hearing, Woolfork's attorney asked for a psychological evaluation. The victim has agreed to all the plea deals but wants a harsh sentence for Woolfork.

"She is very adamant that the young man who all of this was allegedly done for, or on behalf of, be subjected to a much greater punishment," said Schneider.

Willfork wants to take his case to court. As for the other four, all of them were sentenced to four years in prison, except one of them, Henry, he was given two years because he gave valuable information to prosecutors.
