MIAMI (CBSMiami) --  A 10-year old was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital after he was shot in the head Tuesday evening in Overtown.

Police haven't said whether the boy lives in the area or if he was just visiting, or what he was doing when he was shot.

Sadly, police said this wasn't the only shooting in the city Tuesday evening.

Investigators said the incident comes just two hours after two teens, both 16, were shot at NW 20th Avenue and 18th Terrace. One of them died and the other is at the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

And near where the 10-year old was shot, a girl was grazed by a bullet.

Detectives said they are not sure if the incidents are related.

"This is a major concern for us in the city of Miami. This is uncommon that in the time span of an hour and a half, we've had four individuals shot, and they are all juveniles, so this is of a major concern to us," said Sgt. Freddie Cruz with Miami Police.
