MIAMI (CBSMiami) – For those wanting to enjoy some Christmas cheer,  Neighbors 4 Neighbors will present its annual holiday special.

The program will air on myTV33 on Sunday, December 21 at 11:30am and on CBS4 at noon on December 25th, Christmas Day.

Hosted by Dr. Sean Kenniff, the holiday special features stories about how the South Florida community has come together to help others during the past several months. These stories of hope include a recap of Neighbors 4 Neighbors' annual Halloween costume drive for needy children, a follow up on a family in Davie with special needs, and other stories of how the less fortunate were assisted through Neighbors' outreach.

It will also give an overview of how the organization's annual Adopt A Family 4 the Holidays Program assisted over 450 needy families in 2014.

The special shines a spotlight on some of those who helped bring hope to those in need.

Looking ahead to 2015, the special will unveil a brand new program to assist the homeless community in South Florida, while showing viewers how they can help.

Neighbors 4 Neighbors is a non-profit organization originally founded as Neighbors Helping Neighbors in 1992 to support victims of Hurricane Andrew under the auspices of WFOR-TV/CBS4 (then WCIX-TV).  Neighbors has continued to expand its work to assist with a variety of needs throughout South Florida, but the mission of Neighbors remains true to its original objective: to connect those in need with those willing to help.
