Christmas Cheer Is Here As Santa's Enchanted Forest Opens Thursday

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Santa will make an appearance in South Florida one night before the ghouls and goblins of Halloween hit the streets in search of all that candy.

Santa's Enchanted Forest,  one of the world's largest Christmas-themed amusement parks, will open on Thursday, Oct. 30th. It's open everyday from 5pm until midnight including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Santa's elves have been hammering away and creating the festive attraction since October.

It's located at Tropical Park, 7900 SW 40th Street, along the Palmetto Expressway in Miami.

It features South Florida's tallest Christmas tree, kiddie rides, family rides, thrill rides, animal shows and more.

It'll stay open until January 4th.

Park Admission Prices:

Single Day Pass:

  • $20.56 for kids ages 3-9
  • $39.99 for adults
  • $30.09 for seniors.
  • Kids under 2 are free.

 

Regular Season Pass:

  • $41.12 for kids ages 3-9
  • $51.40 for adults
  • $42.99 for seniors.
  • Kids under 2 are free

They also offer an Express Pass so you can jump the lines on crowded evenings. They cost $18.69 each.
