Miramar School Cleared Following Bomb Threat
MIRAMAR (CBSMiami) -- Miramar Police have given the okay for students to return after they were evacuated Friday morning due to a bomb threat.
It all happened at Sunset Lakes Elementary located at 18400 SW 25th Street.
Officials said they evacuated the school as a precaution.
The students and teachers were moved to a community center next door since it was raining at the time.
Police cleared the school around noon. Kids, faculty and staff were ushered back into the school.
