According to Police Myles picked her up in broward and drove her down south to 26221 SW 123rd ave.  But on Tuesday when she attempted to leave Myles violently held her.

She ended up dialing 911 using her disconnected cell phone at around 12:30 a.m.

The girl did not know where she was but stayed on the phone with an officer for several hours while trying to give more information.

"She was able to maintain focus and keep the line open, feeding information to the dispatcher, not knowing where she was," said Det. Alvaro Zabaleta of Miami-Dade Police.

Investigators say while the girl was still on the phone with dispatch Myles attacked her.

"As she attempted to get out, that's when he got a little more violent. That's when he  battered her several times and this was during while the line was open  with 911 so the dispatchers were able to provide real time information to the units that were attempting to find her and finally when she was able to give a more defined location, that's when they went ahead and were able to locate her," said Zabaleta.

Units were able to rescue her and arrest Myles.

The girl was not injured.

Myles is facing one kidnapping charge.
