Jim sits down with president of the Miami-Dade Firefighter’s Union Al Cruz, and Miami-Dade Fire Chief Dave Downey to talk about the fallout surrounding the July 4th boating tragedy in Biscayne Bay that left 4 people dead, and a lot of unanswered questions.
