Facing South Florida: David Rivera Decision

This past week former Congressman David Rivera decided to jump into the race for his old seat. Rivera, who lost his election in 2012 amid a flurry of scandals, remains under federal investigation. Before Rivera added himself to the crowded republican primary field, the person who seemed in the best position to win was Miami-Dade school board member Carlos Curbelo.
