Heat Playoff Tickets Go On Sale At Bucks Game Wednesday

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – How do you generate fan interest in seeing the worst team in the NBA take on Miami? Heat officials may have found a way, playoff tickets!

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Heat announced individual first-round playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. However, they will first be made available to fans at Wednesday's game at a table outside Section 119 starting at 6:30 p.m.

The Heat are playing the Milwaukee Bucks Wednesday night and if everything goes as planned, LeBron James and Chris Bosh won't be playing much in the second half because Milwaukee is, as Charles Barkley would say, "turrible."

Currently, Milwaukee is 37.5 games out of first place in the eastern Conference with a 14-60 record. The Bucks are so bad, even though the Philadelphia 76ers lost 26 games in a row, Milwaukee still owns a worse record.

The NBA playoffs don't start until April 19 and the Heat's opponent remains unknown as the seeding for the Eastern Conference is far from set in stone. If the playoffs started today, Miami would own home court advantage through the Eastern Conference Finals and play the Atlanta Hawks in the first round.
