Ft. Myers Police Catch Alleged Human Trafficker

FT. MYERS (CBSMiami) – A human trafficker who forced a woman into prostitution has been nabbed, according to Ft. Myers police.

Investigators in Ft. Myers said Friday that a tip led them to 33-year old Saeb Williams.

According to police, Williams traveled from state to state with the victim advertising her services on social media sites such as Craigslist.

The victim tried to escape several times but, according to police, was caught and beaten.

Williams faces several charges including human trafficking. His bond was set at $106,000.
