Woman Hit Officer's Patrol Car In Lauderdale School Zone

FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A woman in a hurry ended up in handcuffs after she rammed a police car after being pulled over.

Jessica Freelove, 24, was reportedly speeding through a school zone in the area of SW 27th Avenue and SW 11th Court when she was pulled over by an officer.

Police spokeswoman Deana Garcia said Freelove told the officer "I don't have time for that" and sped off. In the process, she hit the officer's patrol car.

Police caught up with her a short time late. In the car with Freelove were here two small children.

The children's grandmother was called to pick them up and take them to school.
