Pembroke Pines PD Releases Photo Of Attempted Robbery Suspect

PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) – The picture of a man Pembroke Pines police believe is an attempted robbery suspect has been released.

Officers hope someone will recognize the suspect.

According to officers, the man entered the Candy Clean Laundry at 7100 Pines Boulevard, September 26, wearing an orange shirt over his face.

The image released was captured just before the man entered the business.

The suspect reportedly brought a metal pipe with him and threatened the employee while demanding money from the register.

However, the employee ran outside and called police.
