Search For Shooter In North Dade Drive-By
MIAMI (CBS4) – The Miami-Dade police have asked for the public's help in finding those responsible for a deadly drive-by shooting on Sunday.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. in front of a home at NW 147th Street and 9th Avenue. A man in his 50s was talking to his son in front of his home as he waited to take his daughter to work when three people pulled up, shots were fire from inside the vehicle before it sped off.
"She was screaming you can imagine she was terrified she was looking forward to going to work and to see this happen to her dad i can only imagine how frightened she was," said family friend Pierre Paul.
The man was taken to the Ryder Trauma Center where he died.
Police have not released the man's name or said what may have prompted the shooting.
