Miami-Dade Animal Services Looking For Dog Stolen From Shelter
MIAMI (CBS4 ) - Miami-Dade Animal Services is looking for a man and woman thought to have stolen a dog from its enclosure at the shelter.
The one year old male Belgian Malinois named Django was taken from his pen on May 14th. The couple is seen on video leading the dog out of a restricted access exit and off of animal services property.
Officials have released a still photograph in hopes that the public can help identify them.
"The Department is extremely concerned for the welfare of the dog. We are diligently working to ensure his safe recovery," said MDAS Director Alex Muñoz.
