LeBron, Wade, Chalmers Out Again Tuesday

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – For the second straight game, Miami Heat superstars LeBron James and Dwyane Wade, along with point guard Mario Chalmers will not play. The announcement from the Heat came ahead of Tuesday's game against the New York Knicks.

James was said to still be dealing with hamstring problems he suffered in a victory over the New Orleans Hornets. Both Wade and Chalmers are said to be dealing with right ankle issues. Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra expects the three players to get re-evaluated on Wednesday.

The Heat come into the game having won 29 of its last 30 games. The Heat played last Sunday's game against the Western Conference leading San Antonio Spurs without James, Wade, and Chalmers. Miami beat the Spurs behind solid play from Chris Bosh, Ray Allen, Shane Battier, and others.

The Heat have a total of nine regular-season games left. After Tuesday's game, expect Ray Allen, Bosh, and others to get some game time off as well down the stretch.

Miami has clinched the number one seed and home court advantage through the Eastern Conference playoffs.
