MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Monday is the official observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and a number of offices will be closed.
Federal and state offices will be closed as will Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County offices. Courts in all three counties will be closed as will public schools.
There will be no trash collection in Miami-Dade or Broward.
The stock markets and banks will be closed as will post offices. Libraries will also be closed.
Miami-Dade and Broward transit systems will operate on their normal schedules. Tri-Rail will operate on its normal schedule.
Malls and grocery stores will be open.
