Gov. Scott To Attend Komen ‘Pink Party’ For Breast Cancer

PALM BEACH (CBSMiami) — A party to support breast cancer will feature Gov. Rick Scott as a guest.
Gov. Scott and First lady Ann Scott will attend the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Perfect Pink Party Saturday night at the Mar-A-Lago Club. The event will include live entertainment, an auction and dancing.
According to the Susan G. Komen website, more than 300 supporters from around the world helped raise an unprecedented $1 million last year to further critical breast cancer research, as well as local outreach and awareness initiatives funded by the Komen South Florida Affiliate serving Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.
