Is there anyone that can and will donate enough indoor white or off white house paint so I can paint the badly needed inside of this house and make it a clean comfortable home for my grand children to come home to. I do not want to go into the embarassing details but need the paint donated and this will be greatly appreciated by the whole family. Thank you to anyone that can help us and just hope and pray somebody can and will help. I know we need about 5 gallons to do the entire inside and think it would take more but I will do the most important rooms first and leave my room undone untill kids and living room is done. I am a disabled woman on a poverty income. I own my home and it is paid for. However, I do not have the income for the up keep. My roof needs to be replaced. I am unable to get a second mortgage due to prior credit problems that raised from my health. I am desperate, I am aware of grant from the government for people such as myself. Can you please assist me in finding how to get a grant. I also am quite ashamed to say,I am way behind my property taxes and do not have home owners insurance! FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A Dania Beach woman who wandered away from her residence on Christmas Eve was found dead in the yard of a foreclosed home.

The body of Mary Swinford, 56, was found in the backyard of a home in the 2900 block of SW 46th Court, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office said Swinford was last seen walking away from her Dania Beach home about 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 2600 block of Southwest 45th Street.

On Friday afternoon, someone interested in possibly buying the foreclosed property was walking around the grounds and discovered the body.

The sheriff’s office said there were visible signs of foul play.

Swinford was described as “despondent” when she was reported missing.
