PLANTATION (CBSMiami) – One person was killed, two others hurt after a car collided with a bus in Plantation early Tuesday morning.
According to Plantation Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Joel Gordon, a car rear-ended a Broward County Transit Bus at NW 108th Avenue and West Broward Boulevard.
The passenger of the car died on the scene and the driver was hospitalized in critical condition.
There were 4 passengers on the bus and the driver.
One passenger on the bus was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The eastbound lanes of Broward Boulevard are shut down from Hiatus Road to Nob Hill Road.
