MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – “Bliss”, an 80-foot yacht, was anything but blissful Saturday morning.

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the yacht caught fire about 15-20 miles off the coast of Miami Beach.

The fire’s timing couldn’t have been worse: Coast Guard Cutter Sitkinak was in the process of boarding the vessel.

Aboard the boat were three people, who jumped into the water and were rescued by the Coast Guard.

Coast Guard officials said the Bliss is partially submerged and commercial salvage is being arranged.

No injuries were reported.
