FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A section of Ft. Lauderdale is under a Precautionary Boil Water Notice after a water line in the area of Commercial Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway burst.

The area affected is from the South side of Commercial Boulevard to NE 49th Street and from the Intracoastal to Bayview Drive.

All tap water used for drinking, brushing teeth, cooking or other consumption should be brought to a rapid boil for at least one minute. Tap water is okay to use as is for washing and bathing.
