LeBron Named Eastern Conf. Player Of The Week

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Heat superstar forward LeBron James has been named the NBA's Eastern Conference Player of the Week, the NBA announced Monday.

James has played in seven games this season and is averaging 21.9 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists per game while playing 33.7 minutes per game. LeBron is shooting 55 percent and 47 percent behind the three-point line.

The Heat has gone 3-1 in the last week of games, with the lone loss coming Sunday night on the road in Memphis.

During the Heat's week, LeBron has averaged 21 points, 11 rebounds, and six assists per game.
