City officials recommend bringing water to a rolling boil, then continue to boil the water for one minute, before cooling and drinking. Officials are encouraging residents to use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, preparing food, and washing dishes until tests on the contaminated water show levels have returned to normal.
