MIAMI (CBS4) – The “K factor” has hit South Florida:  Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian are in town and have set up shop in a gated community in North Miami.

“Right now we are all living together. It’s crazy,” said the youngest of the two sisters, Khloe.

They are filming another season of “Kourtney and Kim take Miami”.

“We wanted it to be in a house as private as we can but still be on the water. We found the perfect place,” explained Kim. “We love Miami. We’ve been coming here forever. I think Miami is the city of the future. I love Miami. I really do.”

And these celebrity sisters’ focus isn’t only on the TV show, they are wildly successful entrepreneurs. On Tuesday, they met with CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo to talk about the Kardashian Kollection sold exclusively at Sears where everything is under $100.

All three say each are very involved in the design.

“There’s a little Kim, Khloe and Kourtney in everything,” said Khloe.

And when it comes to juggling careers, boyfriends, husbands, kids and their work, each had a answer.

“I’m leaving tonight to see my man,” said Khloe, who’s married to basketball player Lamar Odom.

“I just finished breast feeding,” said Kourtney, who has a 6 month old baby girl.

“We don’t sleep,” joked Kim.

Always the business women, the sisters want you to know, their new line can be found at Sears right now.

“I box it, tape it, ship it, track it!”  Joked Khloe.

The new season of “Kim and Kourtney take Miami” debuts on E! in January.
