Police Officer Involved Crash Snarled I-95 Traffic
FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – Drivers in northern Broward were urged to avoid I-95 Wednesday morning due to a multi-vehicle crash involving a police officer.
The accident, which involving several cars and a Ft. Lauderdale police cruiser, happened just north of Oakland Park Boulevard. It brought traffic to a virtual stand still. At 7 a.m. only one lane was open to traffic. More than an hour later all lanes were re-openend, but residual delays remained.
There are no reports of any serious injuries.
