Is there anyone that can and will donate enough indoor white or off white house paint so I can paint the badly needed inside of this house and make it a clean comfortable home for my grand children to come home to. I do not want to go into the embarassing details but need the paint donated and this will be greatly appreciated by the whole family. Thank you to anyone that can help us and just hope and pray somebody can and will help. I know we need about 5 gallons to do the entire inside and think it would take more but I will do the most important rooms first and leave my room undone untill kids and living room is done. to whom can you complain to if your condo association is mismanaging your account ? or is there a department with the city that can investigate the issue ?
I know someone unemployed for two years. Now employed , but underemployed . Still paying condo maintenance but not mortgage . Asked for loan modification , but Turned down because underemployed. . Has 2two contracts on sale by short sale. Concerned bank ignores this and forecloses
I am a disabled woman on a poverty income. I own my home and it is paid for. However, I do not have the income for the up keep. My roof needs to be replaced. I am unable to get a second mortgage due to prior credit problems that raised from my health. I am desperate, I am aware of grant from the government for people such as myself. Can you please assist me in finding how to get a grant. I also am quite ashamed to say,I am way behind my property taxes and do not have home owners insurance! HALLANDALE BEACH (CBSMiami) – Drink up beachside residents of Hallandale Beach.

At 4 p.m. a precautionary boil water order issued Wednesday afternoon was lifted.

The precautionary order was issued after a contractor installing a fiber optic line Wednesday morning drilled into an eight inch water main at 1980 S Ocean Drive. Water was shut off to approximately 8,000 condo units east of the Intracoastal Waterway for several hours.

By 3 p.m. their water restored, but the precautionary warning was issued.

After testing several samples, health officials confirmed that the water was safe to drink.
